Discuss
We begin by listening very carefully to you. What objectives do you have? What are your needs as you currently understand them? Where do you need help? What’s the bigger picture? Where are the immediate challenges? And what are the larger opportunities? We focus on more than just the task at hand, we strive to understand its broader impact on your business, and search for ways that we can help you achieve your larger strategic objectives.
Design
Once we fully understand the problem at hand we set to work on designing a solution. Though we often draw heavily from previous experience, every proposal is customized to address your unique needs and circumstances. Paramount to the design phase is the development of a cross-functional team that has the specific skills and background necessary to make the project a success. And no design would be complete without a detailed working plan that describes how the job will be completed.
Deploy
With a plan in hand a Magellan team can quickly move to the execution phase of the project. Data is gathered, field support is delivered, analysis is completed – whatever the plan calls for. Throughout this phase special attention is given to managing the team, monitoring timeline and budget, and communicating regularly with team members and project sponsors alike. Throughout this phase special focus is given to opportunities to improve the process to save time, reduce cost, and improve results.
Deliver
The goal of each project is to meet or exceed our client’s expectations. We do this by delivering more than just information; we offer analysis and insights too. We don’t simply present our findings; we share our recommendations as well. More than simply wanting to generate the deliverables we’ve promised, we want to see your business thrive. And like you, we expect to get the job done on time and within budget.
